I just wanted to personally thank Bob Ward your head of E-Commerce for awesome customer service. I have looked literally all over the United States and Canada, trying to get four plates that were missing from an order that I placed with another company. I am tremendously grateful that you were able to ship them out and provide me with the tracking number.  That was just the “cherry on top of the whipped cream”, and I appreciated it very much.
If I have anything else that’s hard to find, I will look at H.G. Page first. Thanks again.

Anyone who has attempted a remodel knows the process is not so simple, but thanks to designer, Eileen Wozniak, my dream kitchen became an amazing reality.   She was patient, creative with design, and responsive. Ever mindful of my budget, Eileen presented a variety of options, giving me pros and cons for each which allowed me to make an informed decision.  When I chose Decora, she guided me through storage options, crown molding styles, under cabinet molding and lighting as well as, knobs, a sink, and faucet.  Never pushy, Eileen even challenged me to look at counter top designs outside my comfort zone and, to my amazement, I decided on a pattern I would never have even looked at on my own.  I could not be happier with the outcome!  Thank you Eileen and H.G. I am writing to you to express my appreciation for the excellent customer service which I had received from Morgan DeJohn.  I wanted to add additional cabinetry to my existing kitchen.  I was not the original owner of the home and she helped determine the exact cabinets I had after I had previously been told my model was discontinued by the Merrilat customer service rep.  She went above and beyond my expectations to help me design and purchase exactly what I wanted.  I couldn’t be happier.  Such excellent customer service should be commended!

 

The kitchen and three bathrooms in my home now have a fresh new look. Thanks to Susan Vinett, a designer at Page Home Centers in Poughkeepsie, each unit has unique features but blends well with the decor of the house. Susan helped me with the selection of floor tiles, countertops, cabinets and all the accessories so that the colors, textures and patterns created the effects I had in mind. We discussed the plans and then sorted through hundreds of beautiful samples on display in the store and in the catalogs until we found a match I was excited about. Susan understood my vision, made me aware of the construction requirements and constraints, and then followed through so the selection process was fast and also a lot of fun. I strongly recommend Susan Vinette as a designer to anyone planning to renovate or remodel their kitchen or bath.

Crystal Urbin has been a key member of the Rieger Homes team for kitchen and bath designs and products for years.  We value her expertise, knowledge and efficiency.  Crystal’s willingness to answer both our questions and our customers’ questions, do the research and go the extra mile make her invaluable to us.  Crystal goes above and beyond, always with a smile, and is a pleasure to work with.

My name is Bob Novak and I have been building custom homes, under Wilro Construction Inc, for over forty years (about 800 so far). I have only bought kitchen Cabinets and Counter tops from two Cabinet sales persons, in all that time. The first person retired about eight years ago, which left a huge void to fill, that person could almost read my mind, when it came to designing layouts. It was very hard for me, since I had worked so closely and had become such good friends. Then, I met Crystal Urbin from Page Home Centers. I had been buying building materials from them for the forty plus years I was building homes. But never cabinets. The first time Crystal and I worked together was probably seven years ago. It was for an addition on one of my neighbor’s homes, that I had built 10 years earlier. The attention to detail she displays in a custom situation is second to none. The kitchens for the custom homes she has designed, have all been beautiful, and the best thing, is they go together seamlessly.
Now we have another company Echo Cottages, that builds small one-bedroom garden Cottages, that we place in your backyard for your elderly parents. This has created a whole new set of Challenges for Crystal, she is designing fully functional, attractive kitchens and bedroom “built ins” in small spaces.These are coming out fantastic. I couldn’t be happier, as are my clients. I thoroughly enjoy working closely with Crystal, she works in a professional manner, but also has a great sense of humor, which is very important to me.
