I want to remodel my kitchen and/or bathroom. Now what?

Begin by making your wish list and put together any pictures or articles that show the styles, colors and designs you like. Take basic measurements of the area you will be working in and include the placement of the current appliances, sinks, windows and door openings. Then meet with one of our Designers who will walk you through the process and turn your dreams into reality.

What does the design process include?

Our Designers take time to get to know you, your tastes, budgets, ideas and dreams. We bring together products, concepts and elements of color to create the perfect space for you. We will also create renderings, floor plans and elevations to help you visualize your space.

How do I select the best materials and fixtures for my bathroom?

Our Design professionals will help you with this process by guiding you through our showroom , showing you materials and asking you questions. Your responses to those questions combined with our design expertise and product knowledge will help make choosing the right product at the right price simple.

Once I've made my selections, how long does it take for them to arrive?

Estimated time for arrival is approximately four to six weeks. This will vary among manufacturers. When you are making your selections, your designer will let you know what type of time frame you can expect.

If an in stock faucet isn’t stocked in the finish I would like can it be ordered?

Our retail floor associates can help you determine if the item is available to order in alternate finish options. Always remember if our in stock inventory doesn’t meet your design needs we have a wide variety of special order items available for you at all price points.

Do you charge for delivery?

Yes we charge for delivery. Our surcharges will vary based on the type of delivery and location. Speak with a sales associate for more information.

What if the item I want is out of stock?

Our retail floor associates can order out of stock items for you with lead times as short as 2 days.

I’ve been asked if I want flat, high gloss, satin and even an eggshell finish Paint. What do these terms mean, and does it make any difference what kind of finish I have?

Those terms refer to the sheen or gloss level of the paint, and, yes, it does make a difference which one you use. Sheen or gloss level refers to the degree of light reflectance of the paint. Flat, high gloss, satin and eggshell are terms various manufacturers use in describing the shininess of their product. Our trained paint professionals can recommend the type of gloss you need for your particular paint project.
